“The LookOut is what happens when a restaurant earns its setting instead of coasting on it. The Wai Kai lagoon views are genuinely spectacular, the Kalua Pork Nachos are the right kind of creative — local ingredients, not a gimmick — and the Wai Tai cocktail is strong enough to make the West Side drive feel justified. Live music Thursday through Sunday keeps the energy going past dinner. The best reason to visit Ewa Beach that isn't the beach.”
